I Samuell Whitchurch of Froem Selwood in the County of Somersett Drysalter revoking all former Wills by me made Doe make this to be my last Will and Testament as followeth Imprimis I give bequeath and devise unto my Brother Edward Whitchurch all my Lands of Inheritance to Hold to him his Heirs and assignes for ever And also I give unto my said Brother Edward Whitchurch my two Mills called the Town Mill and Welsh Mill with all Houses Outhouses Bathsides Gardens Milstones Lands and appurtenances to the same or either of them belonging and also the Milstones by me bought and not as yet brought home and also all my Household goods plate Rings Jewells —– Bowes Netts and all other my Goods in and about my Dwellinghouse (the Weights and Scales and Goods belonging to my Trade and my reading Money only excepted) Item I give unto my Sister Joan Baily the summ of One hundred pounds to be paid by my Executors within one year after my decease Item I give unto all and every of my late Brother James Whitchurch his Children my Brother Joseph Whitchurch his Children my cousin Jane Baily my Cousin Jonathan Whitchurch Mr. William Baily and Mr. James Wickham Twenty shillings apeice to buy them mourning Rings Item one other Chattle Leasehold Estate lying in Froom Woodlands late Samuel Normans and all other my Goods Debts and personall Estate whatever not herein before given I give and bequeath unto my two Brothers Joseph Whitchurch and George Whitchurch equally to be divided between them so that the survivor of them shall have no advantage thereby And I doe make the said Joseph Whitchurch and George Whitchurch Executors of this my last Will and Testament desiring them to pay my Debts and Legacies Witness my hand and Seal the Seventeenth Day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Twelve.
