To my son Jonathan Whitchurch all my goods that are in his dwelling house and in his other houses and to him and his wife 10s each to buy mourning rings to wear for my sake. To my grandchildren Mary Whitchurch, Joyce Whitchurch, Elizabeth Whitchurch and Sarah Whitchurch, daughters of my said son Jonathan L20 between them, when they attain age of 21 or be married. Jonathan to have the money within a year to employ to the benefit of the children. To my son in law James Bennett and Mary his wife my daughter 10s each to buy them mourning rings. To my grandchildren Elizabeth Bennett and Mary Bennett L20 with the interest from end of one year after my death to be divided between them when they attain the age of 21 or be married. To my son in law James Smith and Elizabeth his wife my daughter 10s each to buy a ring. To my grandchildren Sarah, Samuel, James, Michael and John Smith, sons and daughters of said James Smith L10 and a bond of L10 which James now has in his hands, to be divided between them when they are 21 or be married. To my son in law James Pitman 10s for a ring. To the poor of Froome 40s to be bestowed in bread at my funeral or as soon after as my executrix and trustree and my son Jonathan Whitchurch and Symon Hamlin of Froome, mercer shall think fit. Residue to my daughter Hannah Whitchurch executrix. Signature and seal.
