Mistakes can easily be made when transcribing handwritten documents that are difficult to read, especially where spelling and ancient writing differences may affect translation. As such, there is no guarantee that these transcriptions are mistake-free. You are advised to refer to the original document (when and if able) to verify any transcription in question.
